- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and client records for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with professional licensing and documentation standards applicable to licensed mental health practitioners.
If you would like your information removed from our records prior to that period, please contact us. We will honor removal requests to the extent permitted by applicable law and professional obligations.
